To use our Service, you must have a valid WhatsApp account. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your WhatsApp number when interacting with our chatbot.

We reserve the right to block or terminate service to any number that violates these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

EatOut-GetFit may offer subscription-based premium services in the future. Any payment terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase and may be processed through a third-party payment provider.

Currently, the core service is free to use. We do not issue refunds except as required by law.

4. Use of Service

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service (e.g., spamming, sending malicious content).
  • Copy, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Health Disclaimer

EatOut-GetFit provides general meal planning and nutritional guidance through an AI chatbot. We are not a medical service and do not provide medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or exercise routine.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EatOut-GetFit is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Health issues or outcomes resulting from reliance on the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
